Round Table A New Thinking For The New Millennium
There
is a need for an international body with the express function of creating,
designing and putting forward new concepts and options. Such a body does
not exist, nor is it a part of the function of the United Nations. The
specific purpose of the meeting in Paris is to initiate the process of
creating such an organisation. Those attending are invited to become its

Fort Ricasoli in Malta (11.2 hectares) will be a physical location bringing
together governments, major corporations, N.G.O.s, UN departments and
academic institutions to do some 'New Thinking.' Each organisation would
have a physical mission housing an 'intellectual ambassador.' more

The
Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Malta is pleased to organize this second
International Conference on New Thinking for the new Millennium in conjunction
with The Edward de Bono foundation (Malta) to further develop the initiatives
it launched at the start of the New Millennium.
'New Thinking', incorporating 'Lateral Thinking' and 'Parallel Thinking'
has been establishing itself very rapidly as a vital tool in all spheres
