The International Round Table A New Thinking For The New Millennium

There is a need for an international body with the express function of creating, designing and putting forward new concepts and options. Such a body does not exist, nor is it a part of the function of the United Nations. The specific purpose of the meeting in Paris is to initiate the process of creating such an organisation. Ricasoli Project The World Centre for New Thinking located within the 17th Century Fort Ricasoli in Malta (11.2 hectares) will be a physical location bringing together governments, major corporations, N.G.O.s, UN departments and academic institutions to do some 'New Thinking.' New Thinking For The New Millennium 2001

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Malta is pleased to organize this second International Conference on New Thinking for the new Millennium in conjunction with The Edward de Bono foundation (Malta) to further develop the initiatives it launched at the start of the New Millennium.
